The lack of biotin is linked to the thinning of hair of any man and woman. However, it’s not the cure to any persons man that’s suffering from pattern baldness. Avidin which is present in egg whites, binds with biotin therefore making it impossible to absorb. In addition, raw eggs tend to have a bacteria that can lead to Salmonella infection. That is why it is best to be cautious in eating raw eggs.

Examples of these are organ meat, eggs, fish, nuts, seeds and certain types of vegetables. Taking biotin supplements is safe, but it’s much better if you take it naturally by eating the food that have it occurring naturally.
