Weight Loss Through HIIT Exercise

If really want to lose your weight through exercise, then intense workouts are not only more effective with your time, they also burn off the pounds quicker than you think.

Stronger muscles promote sturdier bones and joints. Research has proven that HIIT cardio workout helps burn more belly fat than conventional cardio exercise. 

In a new study, scientists have compared to more continuous workout methods. While they found both workouts decreased general weight and percentage of body fat in participants, those who partook in HIIT exercises lost 29 percent more weight. This may benefit those who are pressed with as HIIT exercises can be as short as 15 minutes and often don’t require equipment or a gym.

The study also said that during the intervals, the muscles burn a substantial amount of their sugar supplies, which triggers a reaction causing them to quickly re-fuel by sucking glucose from elsewhere in the body. This process needs insulin, and over time the body responds by getting more subtle to small quantities of insulin. If insulin levels are high, the body is incapable of burning fat as proficiently, so by making the body more sensitive to smaller amounts of insulin one is able to re-engage the fat-burning apparatus.

Intense workout reduces the oxygen available to the muscles, compelling them to burn fat for energy instead. The body burns calories for hours after the exercise ends in order to make up for the subsequent oxygen debt.

HIIT reduces weight and body fat

The study didn’t recommend any specific workouts. Nevertheless, the two most common forms are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and sprint interval training, such as running, jogging, speed walking, and cycling.

Irrespective of gender or preliminary weight, both reasonable exercise and interval training decreased weight and body fat over a four-week period. Nevertheless, interval training formed 28 percent more weight loss, with sprint interval training shown to be the most effective and efficient way to decrease body weight rapidly. Alternating four minutes of jogging with 40 seconds of all-out sprints is an instance of sprint interval training.

Experts say you don’t have to completely overhaul your existing workout if you want to burn fat more rapidly.

Another research says that interval training can be done doing the same workouts you are already doing, whether it’s running outside, doing cardio in the gym, lifting weights. Nevertheless, to carry out interval training one needs to focus on alternating one’s pace and strength. If one is running outside, rather than just running at a stable pace most of the way, run as quickly as you can for 20 to 30 seconds, followed by maintaining a jogging or walking pace, or just stopping totally contingent on your skill level.

If one is lifting weights, line up two to four workouts to do back-to-back without resting, before again resting or decelerating the pace. A recommendation would be to do four to five breaks before stopping.

It’s significant to note that since interval training is so tough on the body, it is not appropriate for those who are novices or those who are injured. The study authors also counseled consulting a doctor before commencing interval training, observing that it brings a risk of injury and greater cardiovascular stress.

Conclusion

HIIT workout produces effective results in record time for plummeting belly fat. However, when you have decided to reduce the tummy fat, it’s not that easy! But if you spend a mere 20 seconds per day to cut belly fat, you can easily do that. Both reasonable, unceasing exercise and high-powered interval workout can cut body fat and weight.

Nevertheless, interval training is more effective and well-organized at encouraging weight loss. Interval workouts can comprise running races alternating with light jogging or rest periods. Regardless of how busy we may be with our work; we will do ourselves a great favor if we find a small amount of time to exercise.
