This is something we all do, but it’s something I really want you to focus on moving forward. Do whatever it takes to set up a positive sleeping experience and help get yourself in the right mindset to get an appropriate amount of sleep.

Invest in a good bed, allow yourself some wind-down time, don’t have your smartphone in your bed, and find a routine that helps you fall into a deep sleep.

(3) Eating!

Proper eating is so important and there are so many online resources to help you find the proper diet that fits your likes. From paleo to keto, and Vegan to the Mediterranean diet – there are so many trendy diets to help you enhance the efforts you put forward in the gyms to make sure you aren’t wasting your time.
