Well , in whatever ways, I am pretty sure that all of us being an health enthusiast have our own never missed and must-do fitness routine. But you’ll definitely agree with me when I say that if there’s one form of exercise that most of us overlooked to constantly include in our fitness routine, it’s planking that first comes to mind. And probably, you are either scratching or nodding your head by now.
Let us admit it, most of us are guilty of this in one way or another. But the good news is, it’s not too late. Here are the many benefits of including plank in our workout or fitness routine for both men and women that is really worth remembering;

When endurance is high, metabolism is boosting. By regular planking, we hit two birds in just one stone so how can you ever neglect that. No doubt, plank is a must and a constant routine for athlete that will surely work for our advantage if we learn to include it regularly in our routine as well.
