Tips on How to Choose the Right Sports Bra:
Your sports bra needs to fit well and tight, but be a bit careful here. The sports bra should just be a little bit tighter than a regular bra and you should be able to breathe well. Simply, stick a finger between your breasts, inside the band and breathe deeply, if you can breathe properly then that’s a good sign!
The band of your sports bra needs to feel comfortable and it shouldn’t move, otherwise you won’t have enough support. For this, try raising your arms above your head, if the band moves then it’s not the sports bra for you, you should try a smaller size.
Your breasts shouldn’t bulge, if you see any sign of bulging either at the front or in your underarm areas then try a smaller size, remember it has to be tight enough. Many sports bras are provided with adjustable straps, use them to adjust your sports bra in way that you feel comfortable, make sure the straps don’t hurt your shoulders.
Jump and run, see if your breasts stay in place well and tight, if your sports bra provides the support needed then that’s it! You’ve found the right one.
