How to do it?
1. Make Planks
You just need to do 30 seconds, rest for about 20 seconds, and repeat the exercise 4 times. If you have availability you can do it at your workplace. There are many variants of planks that you can try little by little so as not to get bored.
2. Walk for 5 minutes
