Making that decision to join a gym might be a big one to take – it might mean using some of your discretionary income that you haven’t used before but we assure you, it’s not one you’re likely to regret! Crossing the threshold of your chosen gym, even for your initial consultation can be a daunting one but remember it was everyone’s first time once! It’s recommended that you take on some personal training at the outset when you join a gym or at the very least, partake in some organised classes.
